Course websites for teachers has improved my capability as a student. It fosters a better line of communication between student and teacher. I think it is very useful to stay updated, focused and on topic for each student and for the teacher. The teacher can plan their assignments and curriculum out for the year. It is very useful.
I would personally master Excel. Here is a link to google sheets, something free and very similar to Excel: https://www.google.com/sheets/about/ Excel and google sheets help to organize ideas, plan and coordinate numbers. It’s also a good way to track what has been done or is being carried out as a teacher, from attendance to participation points for students and so on. Excel or sheets helps to calculate long term numbers and makes calculating grades simple.
Chapter 5 and the podcast refer to software in the digital classroom. This is vastly important to retain a well-rounded education and experience for students. Creativity software includes graphic software and imaging software which would be a great way to retain an experienced outlook on images and videos for classroom use.
The web evaluation was very interesting. I would to make my website more interesting, colorful and personalized. I learned how to manipulate links and templates. I think if I added a page about myself and my experience it would be more beneficial to parents and new students. But the actual assignment was very interesting about coordinating an assignment especially for absent students or distracted students.

Hi, Taylor
Thanks for sharing the software and link about Google Sheets. I always used it for collaborative work with my classmates before.
