Augmented reality is some very advanced stuff! It adds computer-generated data to images viewed through the lens of a mobile device. It honestly looks better and more vivid than reality. This could help show students places they are learning about and do not have the capability to explore. It would also help art students a ton by enhancing everything from light and saturation to contrast and brightness.
The Digital Divide is the gap between people that do and do not have access to technology. This vastly will change the way kids without technology learn. While they have access to technology in school and learn and manipulate with and around it, they do not have the same advantages at home. Students with this access tend to have more of an upper hand than without it. Lower income can cause the digital divide or lack of understanding of technology’s impact. As a teacher, I may have to spend more time with kids outside of the classroom to help them understand certain technological learnings.
